These terms apply to the free preview release of SAHPRA Guide.
Independent preparation tool
SAHPRA Guide is not SAHPRA, is not affiliated with SAHPRA and does not submit an application on your behalf. It helps organise evidence, prepare a working application and identify completeness gaps.
Applicant review remains essential
AI suggestions and generated documents may contain errors or require regulatory judgement. The applicant and its Authorised Representative must verify every answer, product classification, GMDN term, declaration, supporting document, fee and submission instruction against current official sources before signing or submitting.
Permitted use
You may use the service for applications you are authorised to prepare. You must not upload unlawful material, patient health records, malicious files, third-party database exports you are not licensed to process, or information obtained without authority.
Accounts and security
Keep your password confidential and use a separate account for each person. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for deleting material that no longer needs to be retained.
Availability and fair use
The preview is currently free. Reasonable rate limits apply to protect users and control AI costs. Features, limits and availability may change, and access may be suspended for abuse or security risks.
No guarantee of approval
Use of the service does not guarantee that SAHPRA will accept or approve an application. SAHPRA may request additional information or change its forms, fees, processes or interpretation of applicable requirements.
